In this role you drive the people agenda to support exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You partner with senior leadership to shape talent and culture across a world-class luxury hotel. You lead talent acquisition, development, and organisational design to deliver high-performing teams. You help transform culture while ensuring governance, compliance, and workforce efficiency. This is a strategic, hands‑on opportunity to influence guest experience through people at Mandarin Oriental, Rome.

Responsabilità
- Senior People & Culture leadership experience in luxury hospitality or high-end service
- Strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organisational development expertise
- Experience managing multi-cultural teams and diverse labour markets
- Proven employee engagement, retention, and culture transformation track record
- Solid understanding of hospitality operations and People & Culture impact on guest experience
- Governance, compliance, and employment law knowledge across relevant jurisdictions
- Change management experience including restructures and organizational effectiveness projects
- Proven ability to design and deliver learning & development for luxury service standards
- Financial acumen in budgeting, labour cost control, and People analytics
