Experteer Overview You lead the property’s revenue strategy, driving profitability across all channels. Working with the Commercial Strategy team and senior leadership, you shape pricing, inventory, and distribution to align with business objectives. You translate market demand and internal trends into actionable plans, forecasts, and improvements. Your role enables the hotel to maximize revenue while delivering legendary luxury service. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence growth at a premier Rome property. Responsibilities

Lead revenue reporting and interpretation, including segmentation, trends, pick-up and forecast analyses Develop pricing and distribution strategies using market data and competitor intelligence Ensure accurate rate loading and inventory across distribution channels Audit and maintain data integrity across PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales & Catering systems Chair weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings and present findings to the Executive Committee Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce to align demand generation with pricing Support group strategy via group pick-up, cut-off management, and displacement analysis Submit actuals to STR and maintain benchmarking accuracy Refine forecasts based on events and business trends, oversee 10-Day Forecast Guide the revenue team and ensure cross-department alignment on strategy execution Ensure data alignment and monthly group audits in MARs Perform quality control on selling strategies and messaging Drive Ecommerce strategy with regional and corporate digital teams Monitor and optimize offers, packages, and promo rates Develop short- and long-term financial forecasts and budgets Act as strategic revenue PM in absence of Regional Director of Revenue Management Qualifications

Leadership experience in luxury hospitality revenue management Proven track record in strategic commercial planning Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills Strong knowledge of PMS, CRS, RMS, and Sales & Catering platforms Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and business planning Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken) Customer-focused mindset with drive for excellence Benefits
