Conceptual Engineering /h3 ul liDefine plant layout for PV and BESS projects /li liDevelop overall electrical design strategies and design confirmation (STMG phase) /li liSelect and evaluate key technologies (modules, inverters, trackers, BESS systems) /li liCoordinate yield assessments (e.g., PVsyst) and feasibility studies /li liPerform constraint analysis and preliminary design optimization /li liDefine grid connection solutions and technical strategies /li

/ul h3Detailed Electrical Engineering /h3 ul liOversee preparation of executive engineering documentation for permitting and construction phases /li liSupport pre‑construction ‘secondary permitting’ process with definitive designs. /li liLead and coordinate detailed electrical design activities /li liDevelop Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for MV/HV systems /li liPerform MV/HV electrical sizing and system optimization /li liIntegrate civil and electrical design inputs /li liEnsure design consistency across all engineering disciplines /li

/ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering /li li5–10 years of experience in utility‑scale Solar PV and/or BESS projects /li liStrong knowledge of MV/HV electrical design and grid connection processes /li liExperience with PV plant design and energy storage system integration /li liProficiency in engineering and simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVcase, QGIS) /li liSolid understanding of Italian permitting and regulatory framework /li liFluency in Italian and English /li liExperience with EPC processes and construction‑site support is considered a strong advantage /li liAvailability for occasional travel /li liRegistration in the Italian Register of Engineers (or eligibility) /li
