About the Role

Employment Consultant (Roma, QLD) – part of the Inclusive Employment Australia Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Support participants with disability to prepare for, find and maintain sustainable employment.
• Help participants identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and pursue new employment with confidence.
• Provide creative solutions to employment challenges, ensuring participants have the tools and support for success.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and workplace accommodations.
• Celebrate successful placements and recognize milestones with participants.
• Build partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a fully insured vehicle.
• MyGovID (Standard level).
• Willingness to complete a National Police Check and pass a Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
• Experience in sales, retail, call centre, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is desirable.
• Champion of diversity and inclusion;
