DSE (Design & Release Engineer)
We are looking for a DSE who assists the CE and ACE in generating the Engine Technical Description. The DSE leads Design and Release Engineers (DREs) in meeting program objectives for their components with respect to cost, weight, performance, quality, manufacturing, serviceability, and timing. Additionally, the DSE coordinates DMU and Design Release activities for 3D and Engine Bill of Material according to specific contents and project timelines.
Main Responsibilities
Execute engine layout configuration activities according to vehicle packaging, serviceability constraints, and functional/installation guidelines of single components from DREs.
Execute simultaneous engineering activities to ensure BOM-BOP alignment, contributing to product and process standardization.
Guarantee design activities timing consistency with project timing, aligning with CE/ACE and DREC/DRE.
Guide engineers in the development of drawings, DFMEA’s, DVP&R’s and their use in validating engine components and systems.
Guarantee support to engine/vehicle plants for layout/packaging checks and design delivery for production.
Release of engine data summary document «Tavola Zero», engine marking and engine «Build Book».
Support owner's manuals and service manuals approval.
Supply required engine documentation to support release of required compliance procedure and compliance reports.
Coordinate system design meetings to review DRE design proposals as required.
Coordinate with ACE on BOM and experimental engine builds.
Maintain current production product maintenance and support continuous improvement, cost reduction activities and technical evolution according to market trends and/or benchmarking activities.
Manage engine program complexity supporting DRE / DREC.

Exhaust Cold End System Design and Release Engineer
We are looking for an Exhaust Cold End System Design and Release Engineer. The candidate will design, develop, validate, and release cold‑end exhaust system components for internal combustion engine and hybrid‑electrified vehicles. Components include various types of mufflers, pipes, decoupling joints, isolators, connection joints, gaskets, and brackets. Development follows best‑practice methodologies such as CAE, DFMEA, and DVP&R.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate CAE, CAD design, prototyping, and testing, and document those activities.
Collaborate with suppliers, support sourcing activities, and coordinate and track supplier progress to ensure part maturity and milestones are met.
Support vehicle assembly and testing to resolve issues related to cold‑end exhaust systems.
Provide technical support on quality concerns, process/product change validation, and technical cost reductions throughout serial life.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead and manage suppliers.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
Domestic and international travel may be required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
English level B2 or higher.
General knowledge of CAD design and 2D drawing.
General knowledge of spreadsheets and building presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
2 years or more experience with exhaust systems and related engine or vehicle‑level testing and data acquisition.
Experience with exhaust manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of STLA systems and processes.
Familiarity with powertrain software and controls.
Working knowledge of UG/NX CAD systems.
Air Intake System Product Design and Release Engineer
We are looking for an Air Intake System Product Design and Release Engineer to design, develop, validate, and release air intake system components for internal combustion engines and hybrid‑electrified vehicles. Components include low‑pressure side air ducts, air cleaners, make‑up air hoses, resonators, air filters, brackets, and high‑pressure charge air ducts. Development uses best‑practice methodologies such as CAE, DFMEA, and DVP&R.
Main Responsibilities
Early integration into the vehicle, design and implementation of components to meet functional objectives of the intake system, engine, and vehicle.
Coordinate CAD design, CAE analysis, prototyping, physical testing, and documentation of these activities.
Support sourcing activities for supplier selection and coordinate/monitor supplier progress to ensure part maturity and milestone compliance.
Maintain detailed component scheduling using PLM tools.
Provide occasional onsite support at engine and/or vehicle assembly plants.
Manage quality issues, validate process changes, and support technical cost‑reduction activities after vehicle launch.
Required Qualifications / Experience

Model Based Design Engineer – Edge & System Engineering
We are looking for a Model Based Design Engineer to develop control algorithms and model‑based software. The role follows the MBD model from requirements analysis to automatic code generation in C. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in automotive field.
Key Responsibilities
Develop model‑based software and control algorithms.
Generate code in C (TargetLink or Embedded Coder).
Apply code versioning systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
Ensure compliance with MISRA C rules and guidelines.
Use debugging techniques and algorithm optimization.
Utilize Jira and Confluence tools.
Ideal Candidate
BSc/MSc Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in Modeb‑Based Design development using Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow.
Experience developing code in C.
Excellent knowledge of code versioning systems.
Knowledge of real‑time systems, MISRA C rules, debugging techniques, and algorithm optimization.
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools.
Nice to have: Knowledge of CAN communication protocol and debugging tools for control units.
Strong teamwork aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Electrical Design Engineer – Power Systems
As a Design Engineer, you will focus on the development of combines in the crop processing area. You will design moderately complex structures and sheet‑metal components, ensuring they meet performance, durability, quality, and serviceability standards. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams will be key to optimizing designs for production while ensuring alignment with broader project goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop 3‑D and 2‑D parts, assemblies, and mechanisms using a variety of materials and fabrication technologies.
Create detailed production‑quality fabrication drawings, design documentation, and assembly drawings.
Participate in design reviews with quality, manufacturing, purchasing, and other teams.
Collaborate on project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery.
Contribute to product validation and testing activities.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in mechanical engineering.
3‑5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
Proficient in 3‑D and 2‑D modeling (ProE preferred) and MS Office tools.
Skilled in drawing layouts, GD&T methodology, design for manufacturing, and failure/root‑cause analysis.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative attitude.
Fluent in English; Italian mother tongue preferred.
Willingness to participate in field test activities across Europe, the United States, and Brazil.
