Our purpose is to change the world by making decarbonization a reality for our partners.Location:Rome, ItalyResponsibilities EPC Strategy & GovernanceSupport the definition and implementation of the EPC delivery strategy aligned with company objectives. Contribute to the selection of execution models (EPC, multi‑contracting, EPCM). Develop and standardize EPC processes, procedures, and KPIs. Support portfolio planning, resource allocation, and execution governance.Project Execution OversightProvide senior oversight from NTP to COD, ensuring alignment with contractual, technical, and financial targets. Supervise Project and Construction Managers across multiple projects.Schedule adherenceCost control and cash flowQuality and technical complianceHSE performanceProactively address critical issues and mitigate execution ntract & Commercial ManagementSupport negotiation and structuring of EPC, Bo P, and major equipment contracts. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, milestones, guarantees, and LDs. Oversee variations, claims, and disputes with Legal and Procurement teams. Support contractor and vendor performance management at portfolio level.Engineering, Procurement & Construction CoordinationEnsure coordination between engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams. Promote standardization of technical solutions, specifications, and methodologies. Support global sourcing strategies and framework agreements with key suppliers and EPC contractors. Ensure alignment of grid connection and commissioning activities with project schedules.HSE, Quality & Compliance LeadershipPromote a strong HSE culture across EPC activities. Ensure compliance with corporate HSE policies, local regulations, and international standards. Oversee QA/QC implementation across projects.
