Field Landholder Advisor: Rural Relations & Land Access

Santos is seeking a Land Access Coordinator to build and maintain trusted relationships with landholders and community stakeholders, securing timely land access and enabling low-risk progression of petroleum activities. This field-based role covers Western Queensland on a 2on 2off roster, FIFO from Brisbane or local.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage negotiations, assess site permit requests, and ensure access terms are followed during construction and operations.
