In this role, you will lead Ostomy Care market access in Italy, driving access, reimbursement, and pricing with a two-person team. You’ll shape local and regional strategies, build relationships with stakeholders and KOLs, and orchestrate scientific activities to strengthen brand value. You will collaborate across functions to ensure market penetration and revenue growth. This is a dynamic, matrix-driven role with meaningful impact on patient access and care outcomes. Develop and implement Italy market access strategy for Ostomy Care at local, regional, and national levels Drive institutional affairs and nurture a network with key institutional players Lead a value communication plan including real-world evidence and pharmaco-economical evidence to maximize brand value Engage KOLs through educational events, discussions, and advisory boards Develop clinical training activities positioning Convatec as a reference in ostomy care Monitor market access and health policy environments and translate insights into actions Collaborate with Sales Regional Manager and Product Specialist to identify stakeholders and opportunities Shape local reimbursement and tender landscapes and manage regional/local tenders Responsabilità
