In this role you drive regional Medical Affairs strategy across Europe, translating global objectives into actionable local plans. You lead a high‑performing team of Field Medical Advisors/MSLs, ensuring consistent execution while tailoring approaches to European markets. You collaborate with Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access and Commercial teams to support clinical program readiness and scientific engagement. As a senior scientific leader in Dermatology and Immunology, you build relationships with European medical communities and generate impactful evidence and insights.   • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations across all activities
  • Lead onboarding, capability building, succession planning, and KPIs for field medical teams

Responsabilità

  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent scientific discipline
  • Significant experience in Medical Affairs or Field Medical in biotech/pharma, with people leadership experience
  • Strong expertise in immunological diseases within Dermatology and/or Respiratory areas
  • Proven ability to lead strategic medical planning and execution regionally or multinationally
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high‑performing medical teams
  • Strong network with European KOLs and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Strong strategic mindset balancing big‑picture thinking with execution
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment
  • Experience working cross‑functionally within Global and Regional Medical Affairs
  • Fluency in English;
    additional European languages a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
