Field Sales & Education Manager (Sephora)Tuesday-Saturday working cycleUp to €70,000 + bonusNote this is a field-heavy role, so expect travel up to 50%We’re partnering with an innovative, fast-growing beauty brand to find a Sales & Education Manager to support their expansion across key retail partners with priority on Sephora.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, field-based role-combining commercial drive with a passion for education and brand storytelling. The RoleAs Sales & Education Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance while delivering impactful in-store education across a major retail partner network. Acting as a brand ambassador, you’ll work closely with store teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to elevate both brand presence and customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentPartner with commercial teams to achieve sales targets and support market growthDrive sell-in and sell-out through effective in-store strategies and activationsBuild strong relationships with store leadership and retail teamsAnalyse sales performance and implement initiatives to optimise resultsManage a network of independent contractors, including scheduling and budgetsCollaborate on campaigns, launches, and stock managementProvide regular reporting and insights from the fieldEducation & TrainingDeliver engaging training programs for retail teamsInspire and motivate in-store staff through hands-on coaching and side-by-side sellingEnsure consistent delivery of brand messaging, product knowledge, and selling techniquesEvaluate and evolve training strategies based on business needsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, operations, and commercial teamsShare field insights to inform product, campaign, and go-to-market strategiesSupport product launches with impactful education and sales executionAbout You3-5 years’ experience in a sales and education role within beauty retail (Sephora experience highly desirable)Experience working with Sephora a mustStrong background in training and developing retail teamsKnowledge of skincare ingredients and product positioningExperience delivering in-store events and activationsExcellent relationship-building and communication skillsHighly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)Willing to travel (up to 30%) and work Tuesday-SaturdayAble to be field-based, spending the majority of time in-store What’s on OfferThe chance to join a high-growth, disruptive beauty brandA dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentReal ownership and impact within the roleOpportunities for development and progressionADVERT DISCLAIMER Research indicates that men will apply to a role when they only meet 50-60% of the descriptions, however, when looking at women and other minority groups, they can look for up to a 99% match in order to apply to a role.
