Experteer Overview

As a Field Support Engineer, you install, diagnose, and maintain complex automation systems at customer sites, serving as a technical liaison to ensure high-quality service. You’ll train customers, document findings, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success. The role centers on hands‑on installation, preventive maintenance, and repair in a hybrid setting based in Italy. You’ll contribute to reliable operations and strong customer relationships in a global automation leader environment.

Responsabilità

  • Bachelor in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field)
  • Minimum of 2 years of field service or related engineering experience
  • Developing professional expertise applying company policies to resolve issues
  • Travel availability up to 60%
  • Valid driver’s license
