Finance Manager – Europe (based in Brussels)

Job Description

Radisson Hotel Group, a global hospitality company with more than 1,500 hotels across 95+ countries, seeks a Finance Manager to support its executive team in delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis. The role emphasizes transparency, shareholder reporting, performance analysis and strategic finance partnership.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all reporting cycles.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to internal stakeholders and shareholders.
• Conduct deep financial analysis to support business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of shareholder reporting materials, including board-level presentations and financial summaries.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to strategic planning through robust financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and transparency.
• Translate financial data and insights clearly for both English and Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance within an international company.
• Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Proven experience in shareholder reporting and exposure to executive‑level stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of international financial standards.
