1), to join a client company operating in real estate investment and development firm specializing in high-end, transformative hospitality projects across Europe.

The chosen candidate will be involved in financial controlling for prestigious hospitality projects, using Excel for budget tracking, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.

Responsabilita Financial Controlling and Reporting to monitoring project budgets and cash flow, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

- Budgeting and Forecasting to develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and financial models to support strategic planning.

- Accounting Oversight to work closely with bookkeepers, providing support on accounting and tax-related matters.

Skill e Professionalita This position is open to candidates preferably belonging to Protected Categories (Law 68/99, Art.

1) Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

1/2 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role, within a Big 4 firm is a plus.

Advanced Excel proficiency (required): Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and financial modelling.

Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.

Fluency in English Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
