Front Desk Agent - Pre-Opening, 5-Star Hotel (Rome)

Hyatt Regency Rome Central is seeking a motivated Front Office Agent to join our pre-opening team in Rome. You will report to the Front Office Manager and contribute to a premium guest experience at a 238-room, 5‑star property adjacent to Termini Station.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling check‑in/check‑out, room assignments, and supporting night operations. Fluency in English and Italian is required; Opera Cloud familiarity is a plus. Night/weekend flexibility is expected.
