Reporting to the General Manager, you oversee the daily operations of the Front Office (Reception, Concierge, and Reservations) and are responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience throughout their stay. As a true ambassador of Experimental, you embody the brand’s standards of excellence and contribute to guest satisfaction and overall service quality.
Operational Supervision- Oversee the smooth daily running of all Front Office operations, in close collaboration with the General Manager and F&B Manager
- Ensure effective communication between all hotel departments and external partners, including the outsourced housekeeping service
- Welcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide a personalized, memorable experience
- Represent the hotel and the Experimental spirit through exceptional service, discretion, and professionalism
- Guarantee compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
- Ensure all services meet the brand’s standards of quality and consistency
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with tact, empathy, and efficiency
- Monitor guest reviews across platforms, analyze results, and implement improvement actions
- Foster guest loyalty and contribute to the reputation and visibility of the property
- Optimize the operational efficiency and cost management of the Front Office
- Support the GM and Revenue team in monitoring key performance indicators (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, upselling, etc.)
- Supervise ordering, inventories, and supplier relationships related to your departments
- Recruit, train, and develop Front Office team members to maintain high service standards
- Organize schedules according to business needs and seasonality
- Promote a positive and motivating work environment that encourages engagement and long-term retention
- Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to support the hotel’s revenue and guest experience strategy
- Coordinate with outsourced service providers (especially housekeeping) to ensure operational excellence and service continuity

- Proven experience in Front Office operations within a high‑end hotel environment
- Recognized for your leadership, communication skills, and sense of initiative
- Ability to balance guest satisfaction with operational efficiency
- Fluency in English and Italian (French is a plus)
