No Offer Description The project aims to develop innovative methodologies based on Network Science and Explainable Al (XAI) to integrate and analyze heterogeneous biomedical data. The approach will combine interpretable graph neural networks with network analysis techniques to model complex relationships among biomarkers, genomic data, and clinical information. The framework will enable identification of diagnostic and prognostic patterns while maintaining transparency in decision-making processes, a fundamental requirement for clinical applications.
