Experteer Overview In this role you drive Retail Excellence across Gucci’s EMEA region, elevating the client experience and ensuring operational and commercial success. You partner with regional and global teams to localize initiatives, track performance, and translate insights into actions that boost store results. You lead a high‑performing team and oversee training, operations, and aftersales to maintain brand standards. The role blends strategic direction with hands‑on execution in a luxury, matrixed environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and lead Retail Excellence strategy aligned with global and regional priorities Guide cross‑functional teams and develop talent Localize initiatives and tools with regional leadership Optimize store structures and identify efficiency gaps Lead retail performance, monitoring KPIs, NPS, and commercial targets Ensure adoption of performance tools (NPS, Mystery Shopping, BI4 YOU, LUCE, Retail 360, etc.) Coordinate local performance initiatives and measure results Oversee openings, remodels, relocations, and closures for operational excellence Deliver high‑impact training and promote a learning culture Direct Product Care and Aftersales operations and client follow‑up Coordinate cross‑functional communication with corporate functions Support projects like pop‑ups, relocations, and store openings Setup clear goals and feedback for teams to foster collaboration Responsabilità Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master’s preferred 8–10 years in luxury retail operations, performance management, and training Proven leadership in cross‑functional, global organizations Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and performance management tools Ability to drive initiatives with measurable results Analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong client‑centric and brand‑aligned approach Team player with self‑motivation and influence #J-18808-Ljbffr
