Experteer Overview As Head of HR for Italy, you will design and execute the country HR strategy aligned with Group directives to drive talent, performance and organizational effectiveness. You will partner with Country Leadership to shape organizational design, workforce planning and change initiatives while ensuring labor law compliance and employee experience excellence. You’ll lead HR operations, HRIS data integrity, and a high-performing HR team, contributing to sustainable growth across Retail, HQ and Logistics. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to transform Retribuzione / Benefits Define and implement the Country HR strategy aligned with business priorities and Group directives Lead all HR processes including talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development Partner with Country Leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management Ensure compliance with local labour law, manage labour relations and oversee HR policies and procedures Drive employer branding and talent attraction across Retail, HQ and Logistics Guarantee HR operational excellence with Workday data accuracy, reporting and process efficiency Lead and develop the HR team to build capability and high performance Collaborate with Group HR for alignment on global policies and HR transformation programs Responsabilità Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Economics or similar Fluent English; French is a plus At least 10 years of HR experience, ideally in international and structured retail Deep knowledge of HR processes for Retail (TA, TM, L&D, C&B, ER) Strong understanding of Italian labour law and union relations Experience in organizational design and change management HR data literacy: analytics, reporting, KPIs Familiarity with HRIS, preferably Workday Strong leadership and influencing skills Strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Excellent communication and stakeholder management Problem‑solving, decision‑making and ability to work under pressure Change agility and continuous improvement mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
