Experteer Overview As Head of Sales for Hilton, you will lead hotel sales and marketing plans to align with business goals and drive growth. You will partner with the Senior Management Team to identify growth opportunities, coach a high‑performing sales group, and manage forecasting and reporting with the Revenue function. You will oversee contracts, pricing for groups, and cross‑functional coordination to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution to strengthen market position. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage hotel sales and marketing plans to support business objectives and target all market segments Collaborate with Senior Management to identify and drive focused business initiatives Prepare hotel contracts aligned with current business and pricing conditions Monitor offers and discounts for repeat group bookings in collaboration with the Group Coordinator Develop the group sales team through leadership and coaching, including recruitment Direct the forecasting process with Revenue to ensure accuracy and timeliness Produce reports on Sales operations (annual/monthly forecast, Leads, bookings) Lead annual Sales and Market Planning, quarterly updates and hotel budgets; implement strategies to adapt to market changes Coordinate with Reservations and Banqueting to enhance guest experience and sales programs Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives and communicate performance to owners and management Prepare and present monthly sales team activity and focus to hotel owners and senior management Attend group meetings and liaise with cross‑functional teams to support sales activities Create comprehensive information on hotel products for distribution via sales channels and resources Support management meetings by proposing sales and marketing initiatives Responsabilità Demonstrated sales leadership experience in a hospitality setting Strong analytical skills to interpret business indicators and market trends Proven ability to close sales and coach others in selling techniques Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills Ability to work under time pressure and travel demands Proven track record in sales roles with measurable outcomes Knowledge of local market and hospitality industry (advantageous) Relevant degree in sales, business development or related field (advantageous) Good customer service orientation Ability to collaborate across departments Requisiti fondamentali #J-18808-Ljbffr
