Experteer Overview In this role you will lead Tik Tok’s public policy efforts in Southern Europe, shaping policy discussions, building trusted relationships with governments, NGOs, academia, and partners, and guiding internal teams to align policy with user-first outcomes. You will grow and develop a high-performing public policy team, working cross-functionally with legal, brand, communications, and product to balance policy goals with business needs. This is a strategic, external-facing leadership role focused on promoting innovation, responsible technology use, and regulatory alignment.
