Project Manager & Customer Success Manager
Lead operations activity in clinical projects to create customer excellence in medical IT solutions, including RIS, PACS, Enterprise Imaging, AI, Digital Pathology, and Performance Management Tools.
Responsibilities
Project Management
End-to-End Delivery: plan, execute, and monitor complex Medical IT projects for public and private clients, ensuring successful delivery up to the final testing and sign-off phase.
Stakeholder Coordination: build and organize a collaborative network between internal IT technical teams, clinical staff, and external vendors.
Compliance & Alignment: ensure all implemented solutions are perfectly aligned with clinical diagnostic and care processes, strictly adhering to relevant regulations (e.g., ISO/IEC, GDPR).
Customer & Operations Management (Post-Implementation)
Technical Point of Contact: act as the primary liaison for the client after the implementation phase. Analyze technical solutions, integrate proprietary and third‑party products, and provide initial tier-1 technical support when needed.
Service Level & Account Governance: serve as the "System Owner", ensuring full compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Coordinate support activities with third parties and the parent company.
Financial Control: manage the economic health of the project, monitoring expected vs. incurred costs to safeguard profit margins.
Account Growth: actively promote new technical solutions, upgrades and contract renewals within your existing client portfolio.
Geographical Coverage
Travel: availability to travel nationwide for client visits and internationally for advanced training.
Licence: valid driving licence.
Preferred location: Central or Southern Italy (preferably Rome). Candidates from other locations may be considered if willing to travel for national projects.
Your expertise
Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management and Client Management roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in the healthcare market for both public and private clients.
Technical Aptitude: strong ability to understand, analyze, and manage technical and architectural design aspects of IT systems.
Education (Preferred): University degree in engineering (biomedical, computer science, or management), computer science, or an equivalent technical qualification.
Language Skills: excellent written and spoken English and Italian.
Autonomy & Drive: dynamic, self‑motivated professional with strong initiative and a business‑oriented mindset, capable of driving objectives with minimal supervision.
Analytical & Communication Skills: exceptional rational problem‑solving skills combined with clear, effective communication tailored to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
