Housekeeping Supervisor We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure a high-quality service and guarantee guest satisfaction within the hotel. You will lead a team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas of the hotel are impeccably maintained. Team Management and SupervisionTrain and supervise the housekeeping team responsible for guest rooms and public areas. Plan and organize work schedules to ensure optimal coverage of the hotel’s housekeeping needs. Oversee the daily work of the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.Quality AssuranceRegularly inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards. Ensure that special guest requests are considered and resolve housekeeping-related complaints quickly and efficiently. Implement and maintain strict cleaning procedures to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Ensure that all rooms are fully prepared and ready for guest arrivals.Inventory and Supplies ManagementManage the inventory of cleaning products and housekeeping supplies. Order necessary supplies while adhering to the allocated budget.Coordination With Other DepartmentsCollaborate with the Front Office department to ensure smooth communication regarding room status. Work closely with the Maintenance department to report and follow up on repairs and maintenance issues.Safety and ComplianceEnsure compliance with health and safety standards related to cleaning chemicals and equipment. Train staff on safety procedures and ensure they are properly followed.
