As ItalyHR Leader EP/NV, you translate regional HR strategies into tangible local execution, partnering with leadership to drive business outcomes through coaching, talent development, and organizational design. You will steer HR initiatives across Italy, support regional office needs, and manage cross-country projects to enable transformation. This role combines hands-on people leadership with strategic workforce planning in a dynamic healthcare context. You will work with senior leaders to foster an inclusive culture, accountability, and customer-centric growth. annual bonus based on performance parential leave for 12+ weeks bereavement and caregiver leave insurance plans eligibility Lead BUHR activities for Italy (major portion of time) and provide HR leadership to regional teams Strategize and execute HR initiatives aligned with EP/NV objectives across Italy Deliver workforce planning, organizational and job design, coaching, succession planning, and talent development Collaborate with regional office HRLead and COEs to provide tailored HR solutions Coach managers and employees to support leadership growth and performance management Develop diverse leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capabilities Drive Talent Rhythm, succession planning, and retention of diverse talent Lead change management including acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings Manage EP/NV HR priority initiatives and coordinate cross-team projects Shape meeting agendas, ensure action closure, and drive cross-functional insights Act as a connector to prevent duplication and share insights across initiatives 5+ years of professional HR experience; HR experience preferred Strong business partnering skills and ability to influence leadership Experience in coaching, change management, and organizational design Demonstrated ability to manage strategic projects and cross-functional programs Ability to work across offices and travel within Italy and to other countries Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities As ItalyHR Leader EP/NV, you translate regional HR strategies into tangible local execution, partnering with leadership to drive business ou…
