What We Are Looking For:
Reporting to the Talent Manager, as a HR Talent Specialist you will provide hands‑on exposure across all core HR areas, supporting the daily operations and overall effectiveness of the entire HR function.
The ideal candidate is curious, enterprising, and solution‑oriented, with a strong desire to develop a well‑rounded HR skill set spanning communication & wellbeing, administration, recruitment, people management, and organizational development.
Key Activities:
HR Operations & Administration
Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Support the updating of hiring documents.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
Participate in interviews and candidate evaluation processes.
Create shortlists for hiring managers and ensure compliance with the recruitment process.
Support with SHL assessment.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives, acting as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.
Build, develop, and manage strategic relationships with universities, business schools, and external talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of high‑quality candidates.
Reporting and analytics activities.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in HR activities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint (creation of professional presentations and reporting materials).
Familiarity with AI‑powered tools and digital HR technologies (e.g., AI for recruitment screening, data analysis, content creation) is considered a strong plus.
Good overall knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Fluency in English.
Proactive, resourceful, and hands‑on attitude. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
What We Offer:
Annual gross salary ranging from €30.000 to €34.000.
