ABOUT THE ROLE The candidate will join the " People & Organization " Function, reporting to the Head of "Talent & Administration" team and will work on

HR Training & Development

tasks. This position is a fixed-term maternity cover.

MAIN ACTIVITIES Conduct Learning Needs Analysis to identify critical skill gaps, leveraging Individual Development Plans and managerial insights to define targeted development priorities. Design and implement tailored learning programs, collaborating with external training providers and managing local Mentoring and Coaching initiatives to enhance employee capabilities. Manage and optimize training budgets, including securing and administering public funding opportunities such as Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti. Collaborate with global HR teams to support and align with international learning and talent development initiatives. Evaluate training effectiveness through specific KPIs (e.g., satisfaction, learning outcomes, application on the job, training ROI) and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS University Degree in Humanities. Master in Human Resources will be considered a plus. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel Advanced English level (B2/C1)
