Human Capital Lead Reporting to: Chief of Staff Purpose: The Human Capital Lead is responsible for supporting and enhancing the employee experience across the full personnel life-cycle, with a strong emphasis on counselling, development, and wellbeing. The role acts as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, ensuring alignment between organizational objectives and individual growth, while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Personnel Life-Cycle Management Assist in managing the full employee life-cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contractual changes, and offboarding (excluding payroll activities) Provide guidance and counselling to employees during key career moments such as onboarding, role transitions, promotions, and exits Facilitate structured onboarding and integration processes, ensuring new employees receive adequate support and regular follow-ups 2. Employee Counselling & Support Act as a primary point of contact for employees, providing confidential support and advice on work-related matters Offer counselling on topics such as performance challenges, workplace relationships, career development, and organizational changes Promote a culture of trust, psychological safety, and open communication across the organization Identify potential issues affecting employee wellbeing and proactively provide support or escalate when appropriate Key Competencies Strong interpersonal and counselling skills Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality Excellent communication and active listening abilities Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Employee-centric mindset with a focus on wellbeing and engagement Analytical thinking and attention to detail Organizational and stakeholder management skills Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital roles Proven experience in employee relations, counselling, or talent development Familiarity with HR systems and reporting tools Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Remuneration & Benefits 4-day work week (subject to terms & conditions) Competitive annual salary, reviewed every year Annual performance bonus Six-monthly rewards Lunch vouchers Work anniversary / birthday vouchers Health & life insurance policies (subject to terms & conditions)
