Product Portfolio: Motors, inverters, servo systems and PLCsJob ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy: Develop customized customer and channel strategies for designated regions and industries, formulate and implement sales plans to achieve assigned product sales targets.Channel Management: Develop distribution channels, conduct standardized channel management and authorization, and drive sales volume growth.Market Intelligence: Track market trends and industry commercial information, deliver insight reports, and propose result-oriented strategic recommendations.Reference Site Development: Analyze product development trends, identify strategic key segments, coordinate with solution centers to develop innovative solutions and deliver benchmark reference sites.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide sales enablement to regional and industrial teams, collaborate with them to break down new product sales KPIs and ensure target delivery.Key Account Operation: Manage strategic top-tier customers and key projects, maintain high customer satisfaction, explore potential business opportunities, and support the commercial success of leading industry clients.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above preferred, major in engineering disciplines.Solid technical background with sound fundamental knowledge of industrial automation and extensive relevant industry experience.In-depth understanding of one core product line and its upstream and downstream industrial chains.Established industry resources and proven track record in sales.Strong goal orientation, self-motivation and self-discipline, capable of independently and proactively delivering work outcomes.Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills, resilient under work pressure; willing to travel as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
