Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the planning and delivery of digital ERP solutions to support FAO’s mission. You will work within the CSI division to evolve ERP platforms (Oracle e Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud) and related cloud tools, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable services. You will drive improvements, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders to align technology with organizational priorities. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage the programme of work aligned with enterprise architecture and CSI priorities Coordinate stakeholder discussions and represent divisional interests Negotiate and oversee service agreements for digital products/services Lead service improvement initiatives to meet dynamic business needs Monitor and report service performance to address risks and SLA compliance Oversee IT solutions lifecycle from analysis to delivery and support Manage resources (financial and human) and budgeting Identify risks and implement mitigation actions Foster cross‑functional information sharing within CSI and business teams Ensure alignment with Corporate Environmental Responsibility and organizational policies Coordinate ERP maintenance and satellite systems to meet SLAs Drive continuous improvement of FAO's ERP environment with key users Identify opportunities for process automation via Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure low‑code, Service Now, Salesforce, RPA, AI Lead modernization of legacy applications using corporate platforms Liaise with infrastructure providers and vendors for upgrades, migration, or fixes Assess security risks and work with CISO to implement remediation controls Maintain Business Continuity Plans with stakeholders Ensure change and release management processes are followed Perform other duties as required Responsabilità Advanced university degree in a related field Seven years of relevant experience in managing teams and IT/ERP processes Working knowledge of English and intermediate knowledge of another FAO official language #J-18808-Ljbffr
