UrbanV (Aeroporti di Roma Group) is Italy's leading company in the development of infrastructure for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). Established by Aeroporti di Roma, SAVE Group, Bologna Airport and Aéroports de la Côte d'Azur, UrbanV designs, develops and manages networks of vertiports and infrastructure supporting eVTOL and drone operations, contributing to the future of air mobility. We are looking for an Infrastructure Design Specialist to join our Infrastructure & Operations team, reporting directly to the Infrastructure Manager. WHAT YOU WILL DO As part of the Infrastructure & Operations team, you will support the development of aviation infrastructure for helicopter, eVTOL and drone operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

Designing aeronautical infrastructure, including vertiports and heliports; Coordinating external consultants and suppliers throughout the design and construction phases of infrastructure projects; Reviewing and verifying design documentation, including technical drawings, AutoCAD files and cost estimates; Preparing reports and presentations to support management activities.

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Education

Master's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience & Technical Skills

Experience in the design of complex infrastructure projects, preferably in the airport or aviation sector (heliports, vertiports, airports or similar); Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; familiarity with BIM tools and 3D modelling will be considered a plus; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; Knowledge of national and international regulations applicable to the aviation sector will be considered an advantage; Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong planning and organisational skills; Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in dynamic and fast-changing environments; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Availability to travel within Italy and abroad.

WHAT WE OFFER

Permanent contract;

The position offers a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €35,000 to €45,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The applicable collective bargaining agreement is the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for Air Transport. The benefits package includes meal vouchers, corporate welfare, supplementary health insurance and two days of remote working per week. An annual Management by Objectives (MBO) bonus is also provided, based on both individual and company performance.
