Consortio is proud to be partnering with a leading engineering organisation delivering cutting-edge support solutions across the Maritime sector. Our client is seeking an Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) Service Engineer to support ongoing projects in Italy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in logistics and service engineering to contribute to the full lifecycle support of high-technology systems. The role will see you working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective support strategies that ensure product reliability, maintainability, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain ILS documentation, including RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis.
Support the design and delivery of comprehensive logistic support solutions.
Liaise with engineering, procurement, and maintenance teams to coordinate lifecycle support.
Assist with configuration management, obsolescence planning, and supply support analysis.
Produce technical manuals, training content, and maintenance procedures.
Engage in technical discussions with clients and provide ongoing logistic support.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant ILS or service engineering role.
Competent in using tools for technical documentation and support analysis.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Italian.
Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
