Perform internal audits on both the parent company Intercos S.p.A. and the subsidiaries of the Group, that are located in Italy and abroad, under the supervision of the Global Internal Audit Manager. Execute 262 testing procedures, including walkthroughs, evaluations of control design, and assessments of operating effectiveness, under the supervision of the Global Internal Audit Manager. Support the Global Internal Audit Director and the other colleagues of the department in the analysis and/or preparation of relevant documentation for the activities of the department (e.g., project reports, presentations for the Top Management and the governing and control bodies of the Group).Contribute to the Global Internal Audit department activities, being part of a dynamic and motivated team, which is involved in the continuous identification and analysis of risks and controls in place to mitigate them, aiming at improving the effectiveness of risk management, control environment and governance processes. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR, and IT) to facilitate audit engagements, validate findings, and promote a strong control environment. Maintain an open mind and a willing-to-learn attitude, which are the basis for contributing to the value creation for the Group. ACTIVITIES

Perform internal audit projects (262 audits, operational audits, compliance audits) following the direction of the Global Internal Audit Manager, also travelling worldwide to visit the companies of the Group. Identify and communicate findings, also proposing and discussing with other team members proper actions to address internal control weaknesses and inefficiencies. Carry out follow-up audits to verify the implementation of the corrective measures set in the audit reports and agreed with the owners of the audited processes. Support the team in the execution of other relevant internal audit activities (e.g., preparation of reports and presentations). EDUCATION LEVEL

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of experience in similar role or in an assurance auditing firm. Any experience with audit-related IT tools is a plus. Fluency in English. Knowledge and ability to use common computer applications tools (e.g., Microsoft Office package). Any knowledge of or training on SAP is a plus. Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles. Experience with L.262 compliance and internal control testing. Good oral and written communication skills. Good capacity and motivation to work in team. Willing to travel for projects abroad, up to 2 weeks in a row, for a total of approximately 8 to 12 weeks per year. Unquestioned integrity and strong ethics values.
