Lifestyle Area · Milan About the platform Quadrivio Group is a leading independent alternative investment manager with a dedicated Lifestyle Area composed of two funds Made in Italy Fund I (AUM €300m) and Lifestyle Fund II (AUM €270m+ fundraising phase still ongoing). The Lifestyle Area focuses on European mid-cap investments in the consumer, fashion, design and food & beverage sectors, supporting high-potential brands through international expansion, operational improvement, and strategic repositioning. The portfolio includes leading European brands such as Twinset, Sessùn, and Les Secrets de Loly. The platform has a demonstrated track record of value creation, with successful exits including Autry and Mohd. Role overview This internship offers end-to-end exposure to the full deal lifecycle within European mid-cap buyouts across the consumer, fashion, design and food & beverage sectors. The Intern will work closely with Senior Analysts and Managers, contributing to both transactional and portfolio management activities from day one. Key responsibilities – Preparation of high-quality investment materials, management presentations, and documentation – Support in investor reporting (LP updates, NAV letters) and internal reporting activities – Portfolio monitoring and performance tracking across the fund's holdings – Support to Senior Analysts across live transactions, due diligence processes, and strategic projects Candidate profile We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with the following background and skills: – Strong technical foundation in finance, valuation methodologies, and accounting – Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modelling) and PowerPoint (investment materials) – Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail – Team-oriented mindset, intellectual curiosity, and genuine interest in private equity How to apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to: Pier Paolo Parrella [email protected] Leonardo Zorza [email protected] Please include your CV and, optionally, a brief cover note indicating your motivation and earliest available start date..
