As an IS Manufacturing Expert for Italy, you will drive SAP-based manufacturing solutions for CELINE's industrial unit across Italy and in Paris. You will lead SAP module implementation, ensure alignment with standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. You’ll act as the liaison between local business units, IS& T, and the global SAP team, translating business needs into technical requirements. Lead SAP module implementations tailored for industrial manufacturing Ensure SAP solutions align with standards and best practices Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure quality and minimize regressions Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and with high quality Interface between local business units, IS& T and global SAP team to translate business needs into requirements Provide expert guidance on SAP functionalities in supply chain manufacturing and Finance Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Identify process improvement opportunities and drive SAP innovation Responsabilità

Master's degree in Information Technology or Engineering Minimum 3 years of project management experience on SAP implementations Solid knowledge of SAP solutions (functional and technical aspects) Experience or strong interest in SAP S/4HANA migration projects (highly desirable) Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in fashion Proficiency in SAP modules related to Planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Finance Excellent business acumen and ability to align tech choices with strategic goalsExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus Ambition, proactivity, transparency, and motivation to grow collaboratively Requisiti fondamentali
