Job Position: Part145 Regulatory & CFM56 Instructor
Responsibilities / Duties
- Regulatory Training Delivery: Deliver EASA Part145 regulatory training to maintenance and support personnel; deliver Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety (FTS), EWIS, SMS, and compliance-related courses; conduct recurrent and continuation training; support internal regulatory awareness and safety culture initiatives.
- Technical Training Delivery – CFM56: Deliver theoretical CFM56 engine training (systems, maintenance practices, troubleshooting); support technical familiarisation for shop personnel; conduct classroom and blended learning sessions (in‑person and digital); support practical‑theoretical integration with engine shop operations.
- Training Development: Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and course content; create examinations, knowledge assessments, evaluation tools; support competency framework and catalogue development; contribute to Academy content library and learning pathways.
- Assessment & Qualification Support: Conduct theoretical evaluations and knowledge assessments; support qualification recommendations and competency sign‑off; provide coaching and technical guidance; support Train‑the‑Trainer initiatives and internal instructor development.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure training content aligns with EASA requirements and company procedures; maintain instructor records, qualifications, CPD; support audit activities, regulatory reviews, authority visits; participate in training governance reviews and quality processes.
Business Skills (Knowledge and Education)
- Significant experience in an aviation maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of EASA Part145 regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience delivering regulatory and technical training.
- Strong knowledge of CFM56 engine systems and maintenance practices.
- Instructor or assessor experience preferred.
- Minimum English level B2.
- Previous certifying staff or technical authority experience considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Part147 approved training organisation requirements is advantageous.
