You have a unique opportunity to play a hands‑on role in the expansion of a European market leader in real estate investment, development, and asset management, owner of the largest logistics and industrial portfolio in continental Europe.
As Regional Leasing Manager, you will drive the commercial growth of Central & Southern Italy, overseeing the full leasing lifecycle: opportunity origination, negotiations, deal closing, and ongoing tenant portfolio management. You will report to the Managing Director Italy and to Group Leadership, contributing directly to the success of new developments and to the value creation of a rapidly expanding Italian platform.
Regional Leasing Manager – Central & Southern Italy (Rome‑based).
Responsibilities:- Source, qualify, and secure long‑term tenants for pipeline developments and existing assets, both speculative and build‑to‑suit, through direct market access and strong relationships with brokers and key stakeholders.
- Execute the corporate development strategy and manage the full leasing cycle for the tenant portfolio across Central & Southern Italy, in line with Group commercial guidelines.
- Conduct field‑based commercial activities, including project presentations, preparation of tailored proposals, and management of negotiations from initial contact through Heads of Terms and final lease execution.
- Understand and translate tenant requirements into technical and financial parameters, working closely with technical, legal, and finance teams to shape accurate, feasible, and commercially profitable development solutions.
- Manage and enhance ongoing lease agreements, including renewals, extensions, renegotiations, customisations, and expansion opportunities, ensuring high service standards and strong tenant satisfaction.
- Collaborate with development and construction teams to align leasing timelines with project delivery milestones.
- Lead marketing and promotional activities in the region, representing the company at industry fairs, business events, and public forums across Central & Southern Italy, promoting the brand and originating new business opportunities and leasing deals.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in leasing or commercial management within real estate; preference for logistics, industrial, or commercial assets.
- Proven track record in negotiating and structuring long‑term leases; strong financial skills and solid understanding of leasing economics.
- Active and relevant network across occupiers, brokers, and institutional stakeholders; in‑depth knowledge of the market in Central & Southern Italy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Italian and English.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office; CRM and digital tools are an advantage.
- Structured, proactive, and results‑driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining close alignment with leadership and the wider team.
