Role Overview

Italian‑speaking Customer Support Advisor providing remote sales support, customer service and technical assistance for technology firms. Open to remote work in Greece, Portugal, Italy and other remote positions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide remote sales support, manage inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat and back‑office tasks.
  • Assist customers via calls and chat, providing professional solutions.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and assistance primarily in Italian.
  • Review user‑generated content for compliance with platform policies.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in Italian and English (strong English communication).
  • Proficiency levels: Italian C1+, English B2+.
  • Good communication skills and ability to handle calls, chat and email.
  • Experience or willingness to work in a remote environment.
Additional Information

Full training is provided for entry‑level candidates, relocation support may be available for selected positions in Greece, Italy or Portugal. The role may include on‑site or remote work arrangements.
