Italy-Based Head of Customer Success & Growth

MongoDB is seeking an experienced people leader to grow our Customer Success program in Italy. You will recruit, mentor and develop the CS team, drive data-driven initiatives, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to grow retention and adoption. You’ll lead a hybrid team based in Milan or Rome, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to shape the MongoDB customer success brand and strategy.
