Italy Grid Connection Lead - Solar & BESS (Hybrid)

Hunter Philips Executive Search is seeking a Grid Connections Manager to lead grid connection activities for Solar and BESS projects across Italy. The role requires deep knowledge of the Italian grid, relationships with TSOs/DSOs, and coordination with EPCs and network operators. Based in Italy with hybrid working flexibility, start in September. You will oversee substations, HV infrastructure, SCADA, and protection systems while ensuring safe delivery on schedule and within quality standards.
