Junior Office Operations & Facilities Coordinator

DLA Piper in Rome is seeking a Junior Property and Workplace Assistant to join the Property and Workplace team. You will support the team in delivering a safe, efficient and excellence-driven working environment across our spaces.

You will oversee office spaces, coordinate maintenance, meeting room setup and catering, and support events and relocations. You will work with the P&W and IT teams, liaising with suppliers and ensuring high standards in an international, professional setting.
