Experteer Overview As a Key Account Manager, you drive end‑to‑end growth for the Vacuum Interrupter line across Italy and surrounding countries. You will shape mid‑to‑long‑term commercial strategies, oversee revenue and margins, and develop indirect channels with partners. You’ll collaborate across functions to ensure the right product offerings and fast customer response, using market insights to influence strategy and roadmaps. This role offers international exposure and the chance to impact sustainability through intelligent power management. Retribuzione / Benefits Own revenue, margin, and profitability targets for Vacuum Interrupter, driving growth across trade and intercompany channels Define and execute mid‑to‑long‑term commercial strategies to optimize sales, margins, and market share Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Global Engineering, Regional/Local Sales, and Product Management to ensure suitable offerings and fast response Develop and activate indirect sales channels and partner programs with key switchgear partners in the region Act as primary commercial/technical interface for customers, guiding product positioning and channel strategy Leverage market insights and Voice‑of‑Customer feedback to inform regional strategy, roadmaps, and R&D priorities Responsabilità Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or similar commercial role in electrical industry (MV preferred) Strong MV technical knowledge: switchgear, short‑circuit protection, product applications Good understanding of markets and customers related to Vacuum Interrupter products Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) Requisiti fondamentali Permanent contract Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package International working environment Internal mobility opportunities Professional development through Eaton University #J-18808-Ljbffr
