Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a tangible impact? Join us as a Land Acquisition Manager and help secure the foundation for future photovoltaic (PV) projects. With us, you’ll work in a dynamic environment that values collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.

What you will do:

  • Identify and engage with landowners of targeted lands.
  • Visit identified sites to assess their potential.
  • Analyze opportunities for land acquisition and project feasibility.
  • Use specialized software to estimate technical parameters of PV plants.
  • Prepare technical and financial offers for land acquisition projects.
  • Draft and negotiate land rights contracts with landowners.
  • Monitor regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate proactively to update GIS systems in line with regulatory changes.
  • Maintain CRM systems with scheduled updates and reporting.

What you bring & who you are:

  • Experience in land acquisition, ideally in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in software tools for PV plant estimation.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to land rights and energy projects.
  • Team-oriented and proactive approach to collaboration.
  • Ideally, experience with GIS systems and CRM tools.
