Lead AI Agent Architecture & Strategy - Italy

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Head of Agent Architecture based in Italy. This senior leadership role shapes the technical vision for AI agent architecture, multi-agent workflows, state management, tool use, and evaluation while remaining hands-on with the toughest architectural problems. You will build and lead a small team, work with clients, and collaborate with AI Engineering, Product and Sales to balance quality, reliability, cost, latency and scalability as the platform scales.
