Learjet 45 Captain – VIP Charter - Roma, Lazio, Italy

What you’ll do

Lead safe, compliant operations from flight planning through post‑flight, upholding SOPs and a just‑culture mindset.

Deliver a discreet, polished VIP service while coordinating seamlessly with ground, dispatch, and cabin teams.

Make sound, timely decisions in dynamic conditions; manage performance, W&B, fuel, and alternates.

Champion CRM, mentor the First Officer, and foster clear, calm cockpit communication.

Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and aircraft readiness at all times.

What you bring

Type rating: Current and valid LR-45 type rating (required)

License: Valid ATPL issued by EASA

Medical: Class 1

Total time: Minimum 3000 hours

Language: ICAO English Level 4+

Experience: Proven VIP/private charter experience with a strong client‑service ethos

Impeccable airmanship, threat & error management, and a proactive, safety‑first approach.

Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be able to arrange their own work authorization.
