Learjet 45 First Officer – VIP/Private Charter (Type-Rated, EASA)

The Opportunity As a Type-Rated First Officer, you will support safe, punctual, and discreet point-to-point missions for high-profile passengers. You will operate in a dynamic charter environment where professionalism, flexibility, and client care are paramount.

Permanent seat on the Learjet 45 with a high‑end charter operation

Hands‑on exposure to complex airspace, premium FBOs, and bespoke itineraries

Collaborative cockpit culture focused on SOPs, SMS, and service excellence

What You'll Do

Execute comprehensive preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight & balance

Operate the Learjet 45 to the highest safety standards, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements

Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion and impeccable communication

Coordinate seamlessly with Operations, FBOs, and ground handlers to ensure on‑time performance

Complete technical log entries and maintain accurate operational documentation

Champion a just culture and actively contribute to the Safety Management System

What You'll Bring

Current Learjet 45 type rating

Valid EASA ATPL (A)

Valid Class 1 Medical

ICAO English Level 4 or higher

Proven VIP/private charter experience with a strong customer‑service ethos

Excellent CRM, situational awareness, and decision‑making under time pressure

Flexibility for rostered duties, weekends, and short‑notice missions

Eligible to work without employer visa sponsorship
