As Leasing & Network Manager, you will oversee Italy’s retail leasing and network development to support growth and maximize portfolio value. You will partner with the Property team and cross-functional colleagues to negotiate leases, manage authorization processes, and optimize the store network performance. Your role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across sourcing, analysis, and stakeholder management to drive expansion and profitability. This is a growth‑focused role in a matrix, international environment with a clear impact on brand footprint and market presence. Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee full leasing lifecycle from sourcing to renewal across Italy Maintain a strong pipeline of store locations and analyze high‑potential sites Lead negotiations for leases and renewals to align with financial targets Drive expansion, optimization of the store network, and WHL network development Support M&A activities related to real estate and acquisitions Define real estate roadmap and map competitive landscape Ensure timely permits, licenses, and compliance for store operations Coordinate with Retail, Finance, Legal, Design & Construction on openings and timelines Monitor leasing data accuracy and key performance metrics across properties Improve governance and processes in leasing operations Responsabilità 5–10 years of experience in retail leasing or real estate management Strong commercial negotiation skills Solid understanding of commercial lease agreements Proven financial analysis capabilities (ROI, payback, store P&L) In-depth knowledge of the Italian retail real estate market Experience in complex, matrix organizations with international exposure Strong stakeholder management and networking Ownership mindset and results orientation Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
