• English C1 or higher
• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality with international guests
• Full-time availability and flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to interact confidently with high-end clientele
• Strong communication and sales attitude
• Currently living in Rome or ready to relocate immediately

What You Will Do
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay
• Manage check-ins and check-outs
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and operations
• Handle guest requests and problem solving
• Sell experiences, upgrades and services
• Deliver a luxury-level guest experience
• Be part of the heart of our hospitality operation
This role requires energy, speed, attention to detail and real ownership.

• Strong English communication skills (C1 minimum, interview in English)
