VRL Luxury Brokerage is an international brokerage firm specialized in the management and negotiation of high-value luxury assets across 12 different sectors: Real Estate, Jets, Yachts, Cars, Helicopters, Motorcycles, Art, Watches, Collectibles, Jewelry, Gems, and Wines.
We are looking for experienced real estate professionals with leadership skills to join our company as Managers within our Real Estate Division.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and developing a team of real estate advisers, operating across national and international markets while managing strategic business opportunities and high‑value client relationships.
The role will include:
- managing and coordinating a team of at least 20 real estate advisers
- monitoring team performance and business development
- assisting advisers during negotiations and transactions
- developing business opportunities and client relationships
- networking with investors, property owners, developers, and industry professionals
- supporting the acquisition, promotion, and sale of luxury real‑estate assets
- contributing to the expansion of the company on a national and international level

Requirements:
- minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry
- strong leadership and organisational skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- professionalism, discretion, and client‑oriented approach
- fluency in Italian and English
