Experteer Overview You will lead and execute complex M&A and Private Equity advisory across buy-side and sell-side mandates in Italy and cross-border deals. You will manage senior client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and oversee the end-to-end transaction process. ESG considerations are integrated into origination and client advisory. The role sits at the intersection of client strategy, deal execution, and franchise development within SG CIB. Retribuzione / Benefits Originate and execute M&A and Private Equity-related transactions across buy-side and sell-side mandates Advise clients on strategic transactions, investments, and divestments Lead marketing activities, pitches, and client engagement Manage transaction execution including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and negotiation Coordinate internal teams and supervise junior bankers Integrate ESG considerations into origination strategy and client advisory Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk, and conduct standards Responsabilità Degree from a leading business school or university Proven track record in originating and executing M&A transactions involving corporates and private equity sponsors Strong expertise in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking products Italian language at C2 and English at C1 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial databases Excellent communication, advisory, and negotiation skills Solid understanding of financial, operational, and compliance risks Requisiti fondamentali internal mobility and training career development paths opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving context solidarity actions during working hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
