We are seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will lead full life cycle recruiting for assigned business groups while helping execute our broader TA strategy – crafting effective recruitment approaches and process improvements along the way. Discover your role:
Identify and attract top talent across international / global markets, using data‑driven decisions to focus your time on the highest‑impact priorities
Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, devising and deploying diverse talent strategies for assigned corporate roles
Directly source, approach, and engage passive candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent databases, industry events, and targeted outreach campaigns
Partner with third‑party search firms as needed to ensure timely, quality hires
Work with the talent brand team to craft market‑appropriate, culturally sensitive strategies that attract the right talent at the right time
Deliver great candidate and hiring team experiences by using data to optimise process and approach
Partner closely with HRBPs, HR Centres of Excellence, and business leadership to assess talent needs and translate workforce planning insights into action
Provide hiring data, metrics, and visualisation analytics that support smarter Talent Acquisition decisions
Stay current on government regulations, employment and privacy law, engaging with Company Counsel as needed
This role requires:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, plus 7+ years of experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
Fluency in English, plus proficiency (written and spoken) in Italian
A track record of directly sourcing and engaging passive talent across digital platforms, professional networks, and industry events
Strong communication skills that resonate at every level of the organisation
Comfort balancing multiple, competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong IT skills and a solid grasp of TA / HR metrics and data analysis
A collaborative approach to partnering with HRBPs, HR COEs, and business stakeholders
Salary Range (annually)
57.375,00 - 95.625,00
