The Translational Bioinformatics Laboratory at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Milan, Italy), led by Prof. Daniele Ramazzotti, is inviting expressions of interest from outstanding researchers interested in applying for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships (MSCA PF).
Research Focus
Our research focuses on computational and statistical modeling of cancer evolution and tumor–microenvironment interactions, integrating bulk, single-cell, and spatial transcriptomics data. We develop novel computational methods and reproducible bioinformatics pipelines for translational cancer research.
The laboratory is supported by a My First AIRC Grant (Fondazione AIRC per la Ricerca sul Cancro), providing a strong research environment and excellent opportunities for collaboration.
We Offer
Full support in preparing a competitive MSCA proposal
Expertise in computational cancer genomics and single-cell/spatial transcriptomics
Access to unique cancer genomics datasets
A collaborative and interdisciplinary research environment
Candidate Profile
Candidates with a background in computational biology, bioinformatics, computer science, statistics, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
